How can I contact you?

What size should I order?
To know your size, please check our Size Chart.
We understand it can be hard to know what size to order so if you would like further assistance with this, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We know the stock inside out and will be able to help find your perfect fit.

How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at KOON is easy. You may browse our products by ‘Category’, ‘Brand’ or even ‘New and Now’. Once you see a product you like, click on the product to choose your size and click ‘Add to bag’. Once the item is added, you can go to your bag from the top right corner. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
Do I have to register to make a purchase?
You can browse the website and add items to your cart, however at check-out we ask you to register to enable the following benefits:
• View purchase history
• Track package
• Save your addresses in your personal address book
How do I know if my order was accepted?
Once your order is placed you will be taken to the confirmation page. A confirmation will also be sent to your email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly contact us at email@example.com or call us on +965 55734465.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, sign into your account and go to ‘Order History’. There you will see your orders and their status.
Is my Personal Information kept private?
I have lost my password, what should I do?
Go to the sign in page and click on ‘Forgot your password’ link. You will be emailed a link to re-set your password. After that you may log in with your new password.

Can I exchange an item I’ve purchased?
Yes. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and advise us of the item you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange it for (including style, color, size). We will then dispatch your new purchase for the exchange.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order via email (email@example.com) up to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been processed you cannot cancel the order, but may request to exchange it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Local customers may choose to pay with K-net or Cash On Delivery. We will soon be accepting Visa and MasterCard for local and international customers.
Whether you are using your credit or debit card, you can be assured your payment is secure. All card information is encrypted and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
How much custom duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For international customers, custom duties and taxes will be calculated depending on the country of shipping and will be paid directly to the courier service. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid.
